Who I am

Figby is the trading name of James Dodd, based in London. I'm responsible for any personal information you share through this website. If you have a question about it, email James@Figby.uk.

What I collect

If you book a Clarity Call, I receive the details you enter into the booking calendar: your name, email address and anything you choose to tell me about your situation. If you email me, I receive your message and email address. I also keep notes from our calls.

Why I use it

To arrange and hold your call, follow up afterwards and, if we decide to work together, deliver that work. I'll never sell your details or add you to a mailing list without asking.

Where it's stored

Bookings, emails and notes are held in my Google account (Google Calendar, Gmail and Google Drive). This website is hosted by Netlify, which keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses, to run the site securely. The fonts on this site load from Google Fonts, so Google sees your IP address when the page loads.

How long I keep it

If we don't end up working together, I delete your booking details and notes within 12 months. If we do, I keep records for as long as we're working together, plus up to six years afterwards, because that's how long I'm required to keep business records for tax.

Cookies

This website doesn't use any tracking or analytics cookies. If you turn on Calm mode, your choice is saved in your own browser so the site remembers it. If you open the booking calendar, Google may set its own cookies to make the booking work.

Your rights

You can ask me to show you what I hold about you, correct it or delete it, and you can object to how I use it. Email James@Figby.uk and I'll respond within a month. If you're unhappy with how I've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
