I’m James, Founder of Figby. I’ve been the MD of a small business. I’ve started my own companies, with what I will call ‘mixed results’. For over a decade, I taught Business and Economics to teenagers.
But my passion (other than the kids and the dog) is helping business owners achieve amazing things by giving them the clarity they need. I started Figby because I got sick of watching people promise exaggerated super results, with made up systems. Figby is the home of nuanced, bespoke, human support for businesses. Together we develop strategy, solve problems and create action.
